More about
our farm

Welcome to Mountain View Heritage!

We are a small, family-run farm focused on nose-to tail practices and whole-hog butchery. We focus primarily on providing educational workshops around how to raise and process heritage breed pigs.

Our farm offers immersive, nose-to-tail workshops where you’ll learn everything from whole-hog processing and curing to the finer points of sausage making.
