Located in Oregon City, our small hog farm and butchery focuses on the farm-to-table philosophy, ensuring that every cut of meat is delicious and sourced with respect for the animal and land.
We work to empower others through our educational classes. We want everyone who visits our farm to feel inspired and equipped to raise their own heritage breed pigs.
